Meet the Team

About the Founder

Khaled KteilyKhaled Kteily is a student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, having previously graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce. His work experience includes 3 years in management consulting at Oliver Wyman, focusing largely on healthcare consulting.

Khaled began The MCN in 2011 when faced with a lack of consolidated resources available during the recruitment process. Hoping to help other students secure offers in the competitive field of consulting, he hosted workshops for undegraduate and graduate students, ranging from a 7-hour workshop at McGill to case workshops at other schools and one-on-one work mentoring with students. He has worked with dozens of students who have successfully received offers from consulting firms across North America, the Middle East and Asia.

The website is meant as a sustainable resource for students in the years to come. It's meant for anyone interested in consulting, and balances personal experiences with content from other consultants and leading consultant recruitment experts around the world. It's been described by a consultant at Bain as 'a totally dope site'.
